Sin City Opening Sequence Analysis
- The colour scheme is set from the opening frame, showing the story to be dark and gloomy; with red then being used to symbolize blood and show contrast.
- The opening frame shows a city setting, then changing to the title screen to reinforce the setting is a city named Sin City.
- Cartoon drawings are then used alongside actors names to remain true to the theme and relate to the highly fiction storyline (cartoon strip).
- The last shots show directors names with no background, showing important and the title sequence is coming to a close.
